The NetEye 1000SA is a "Serial to Ethernet Converter" that enables our stand- alone access controllers such as FINGER-007, 505R and ICON-100 with serial port to TCP/IP Network quickly and cost-effectively. Operating with LAN or WAN environments, these access controller can easily send data to the host PC and/or receive data from the host PC over TCP/IP Network. |

Serial To Ethernet Converting(defaults:RS-422/RS-232 option:RS-485) - Dip switch selection of RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485 mode.

NetEye1000S has Server and Client Mode. You can select from setup program.

Serial Speed : 300 ~ 115200 bps.

You can search NetEyes by Group.

It supports 5, 6, 7, 8 data bit.

You can search and setup NetEyes from remote network(not only same network).

Password Management is possible for remote search.(default password is “smicneteye”) .

TCP Connection status Lamp with RX, TX and Collision Detect Lamp is provided.

Setup Program includes Socket Simulation Program for convenient test.

It works very well with various Hub and Router.

Pin No 6. of DB9 serial connector can be used as +5VDC power supply pin, if your legacy device can provide +5VDC power. You can also use 6~14VDC power adapter.(recommended 7.5VDC)
