Management
The Organizational Structure of Aflak Electronic Industries Co. consists of eight divisions: Design &
Development, Sales & Marketing, Commercial Projects, Technical, Finance, Logistics,
Administration & Personnel and Branch Network. Each one is being managed by AGM,
reporting to the General Manager.
Divisions are composed of Departments and Sections with specific responsibilities and
authorities for defined sets of functions. Each Departments/Section is being managed by
Department or Section Manager, reporting to their respective AGMs.
Aflak Electronic Industries Co. is one of the few Saudi companies that obtained ISO - 2000/2001 certification
and Microsoft Certified Partnership.
